A question that dogs me when I am tipsy…
Why did they make Eddie Izzard wear brown contact lenses when he played Charlie Chaplin in the Cat’s Meow?… his eyes are blue… Charlie’s eyes were blue. Seems like a lot of effort, and discomfort, could have been avoided with a wee bit of historical research, don’tcha think?
